These terms govern your use of nobertrades.com, operated by Nobert Osanda, a sole proprietor based in Uganda. By creating an account or buying a product you accept them.
Automated trading software for the MetaTrader 5 platform, an AI chart-analysis subscription, trading signals, written and video education, and one-to-one mentorship. All products are digital and delivered immediately.
NoberTrades SCOPE does not hold, manage, pool, invest or trade client funds. We are not a broker, fund manager or financial adviser. Nothing on this site is financial advice. You trade your own account, at your own discretion, with a broker of your choosing.
Trading carries risk and you can lose money, including more than you expect in fast markets. Past results shown on this site are a record of previous signals and are not a prediction of future performance. No outcome is guaranteed by any product we sell.
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or sharing paid products.
When you buy software you get a personal licence to use it on your own trading accounts. You may not resell it, share it, publish it, decompile it, or distribute it in any form. Doing so ends your licence without refund.
Prices are set in US dollars and converted to Ugandan shillings at checkout using the rate at that moment. Subscriptions renew for the period you chose until cancelled.
Digital downloads cannot be returned once downloaded. A full refund is available if the product has not been downloaded and is requested within 7 days. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and run to the end of the paid period; part-periods are not refunded. Mentorship is refundable in full before the first session. Failed delivery, duplicate charges and incorrect amounts are refunded in full in every case. Trading losses are not refundable.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Signals and analysis are published when available and on no fixed schedule.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product in question. We are not liable for trading losses.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
