NoberTrades SCOPE is operated by Nobert Osanda, a sole proprietor based in Uganda. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash and cannot be read by us.
• Purchase records — what you bought, when, and the payment reference. We never see or store card numbers.
• Chart images — screenshots you upload to ENVY A-EYE, and the analysis returned.
• Broker account numbers — only if you choose to link one to claim a reward.
• Technical data — IP address and request details, used to rate-limit abuse.

Why we collect it

To give you access to what you have paid for, to deliver your products, to answer your support messages, and to keep the service from being abused.

Who else sees it

• OpenAI — chart images you upload are sent to OpenAI to produce the analysis. Do not upload anything you would not want processed by a third party.
• MarzPay — payment processing.
• Resend — sending account and notification emails.
• Cloudflare — hosting, storage and security.
• Google — sign-in, and advertising on public pages.
• Telegram — only if you join a signals channel.
• Exness — only if you link a broker account, and only to confirm the account exists under our partner link.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Google may set advertising cookies on public pages. You can clear cookies at any time, though signing in will stop working until you accept the session cookie again.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only where needed for accounting. Chart analyses are kept so you can review your history.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email the address below and we will respond within two working days. Deleting your account removes your access to purchased products.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on the site.
